25 February – With the knees in mind.
4 March – Your hands, shoulders, neck and how you use them in upper core practices.
11 March – Reclaim your lost hip stability for a freer lower back
18 March – Spiral twists and the many facets of your real strength
Strictly Come Yoga (SCY) classes offer yoga lovers a full reconnection with their inner practice, revisiting the most classical yoga asanas and sequencing with an innovative spin and light hearted awareness to experiencing a real feeling of embodied practice and felt sense of wellbeing.
Lets Get Physical are the ultimate total body awareness, core connection, natural movement practices. The focus is on you and your body as the vehicle to inner feeling, deeper opening and purer vibration. A liberating and invigorating practice with a bit of sassiness. Expect to work with natural props and to combine yoga with Pilates and other mind-body disciplines.

Prospective teacher training students can take one free class followed by receiving the teacher training discount if they choose to continue
Recordings will be available for 3 months which you can receive if you are unable to attend live.
