Amy Fielding

Amy has been teaching people to find strength and agility in their movements for 5 years. She trained with Teach Yoga back in 2011. Since certifying as a Yoga teacher Amy has worked with Elena and built up her own style of teaching. She has a deep understanding of precision in Yoga poses and because of this has gained a following of students who need help in overcoming injuries, stress, postnatal aches and pains and complete beginners.  She helps people reconnect to their bodies and minds and find happiness in themselves and the way they move.

Amy now works with Elena and manages Elena’s teen and child brand called Inspirer, as well as being a very busy Yoga Teacher herself, teaching privately and in groups all over London.

Amy will support you in understanding the poses and help you to find your own voice in order to teach the poses properly but uniquely.
